• Act as an internal advisor for effective storytelling CTFJ employee experience on related platforms (such as LinkedIn) to support the attraction and retention of high-performing talent
• Develop CTFJ's story across multiple formats – written, audio, visual, live, etc.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of internal communication channels
Staff Engagement:
• Drive and formulate an experiential internal strategy to engage and delight CTFJ employees
• Formulate and drive the annual roadmap of engagement event programming, and is responsible for the strategy and execution of branded staff events and engagement campaigns
• Manage CTFJ's employee engagement and recognition programs, including our existing recognition program and annual awards programs
• Manage leadership engagement activities to connect employees to our leaders
Others:
• Support Organization-wide transformation and culture programs
• Prepare and manage staff engagement and communication-related budget
• Manage external vendor relationships
• Provide strong leadership to the Employee Experience team and cross-functional partners.
• A min. of 15+ years of solid experience in internal communications/staff engagement
• Possession of a bachelor's degree or above in any disciplines
• Substantial experience in developing and driving strategic communications plans
• Experience in leading and developing content strategies with strong internal audience engagement
• Subject matter expert in culture and engagement
• Strong management, leadership, and team-building skills
• Effective analytical skills and high diligence, including the ability to supervise a team and metrics, set goals, and identify gaps and opportunities for new projects
