Senior Manager, Process Enhancement Unit

Role Mission
Reporting to Director of Process Enhancement Unit (PEU), Corporate Governance Centre (CGC), focusing on process enhancement, project management and stakeholder training to assist digital deployment for the Group's better governance and performance.
What you will be responsible for:
• Analyse current business or system processes, and re-design to achieve the greatest operation benefits within risk appetite and business constraints
• Structure business requirements, create current and future state process maps and implementation roadmap analysis for senior management decisions
• Work closely with IT, data and risk management teams, business stakeholders or vendors in different project initiatives and implementation
• Lead project documentation and management e.g., project plans, flow charts, training manuals, hurdles escalation, benefits tracking, etc.
• Introduce and promote governance practices, and digital tools and assist in policies and procedures design that help enhance business resilience, efficiency or performance
• Assist the immediate supervisor to empower senior management and department heads to understand the value of process enhancement functions
• Assist the immediate supervisor to manage and develop the process enhancement team across business segments/ locations
Short-Team Goals/Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage PEU-related corporate projects such as Crisis Preparedness, BCP Consolidation, ESG Enhancement, Policies and Procedures Consolidation
• Participate in supporting the Crisis Team Coordinator role
Long-Term Goal/Responsibilities:
• Assist in integrating a structured corporate governance design
• Handle rolling out the process enhancement practices across the Group including other locations (i.e. CN and Overseas)

• Bachelor Degree or above with a minimum of 10 years of solid and proven experience in governance, risks and controls
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in formulating and implementing governance/control frameworks and best practices
• Experience with system/control audit and compliance, driving new changes will be a plus
