[Responsibilities]
• Manipulate data, code and prepare data for statistical analyses and modeling
• Preform exploratory analysis to select appropriate tools and statistical methods
• Add strategic value to the company by optimizing the use of information to drive more targeted, relevant and successful communications and interactions for internal decision
• Work with team members and various stakeholders to support new analytical opportunities by understanding the business challenge and determining the appropriate analytical solution to solve the problem
• Display full ownership/responsibility/accountability for projects including project scoping, analysis design, project planning, and implementation
• Communicate challenges or issues with recommended course of action to appropriate stakeholders when necessary
• Generate analysis, including the creation of reports, documentation, and coding as part of the analysis process
• Work with technology group to implement automation and other processes to improve capacity to scale
• Present analysis of results to internal and external clients in a clear cohesive manner
[Requirements]
• Master's Degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research)
• 5 years' relevant experience preferably in Customer Loyalty Program, Inventory Management Project, Business Analysis & Management Reporting. Experience in luxury retail business is an advantage
• Substantial proficiency in statistical software not limited to SAS, ILOG and R
• Strong knowledge of statistical theory and methods, specifically in data modeling
• Strong knowledge of Operational Research Model and DOE
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem solving skill
• Experience working with large datasets
• Ability to thrive and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic, growth environment
• Demonstrate curiosity and innovative spirit
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin

[Responsibilities]
• Perform business analysis and user requirement studies, and assist stakeholders to document business process flow
• Translate business requirements into functional design and business workflow specification
• Understand the needs, facilitate and balance the requirements amongst multiple business stakeholders, and recommend solutions
• Be the key interface between business stakeholders and development team, and liaise with the team on resources allocation or task scheduling
• Communicate with stakeholders, prepare documents and technical information in line with agreed processes and procedures

[Responsibilities]
• Perform ETL, Data modeling and Dashboard building

• Design and implement information security strategies and framework of standards for the Group
• Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment
• Assess current technology architecture and security measures such as anti-virus software, passwords, and firewalls for vulnerabilities, weakness and for possible upgrades or improvement
• Manage and monitor the IT risk posture for the business, providing management with transparency over what these risks are and how they can be addressed
• Act as a subject matter expert in relation to IT risk, control and cybersecurity

• Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other department managers within the Group

[Requirements]
• A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Programming or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in information and cybersecurity, technology or IT risk management, preferably for retail business and/ or a strong background in IT risk advisory
• Working experience in IT risk management at senior management level
• Knowledgable in security technologies including authentication mechanism, threat management, application/ system/ network/ database security, cryptography, vulnerability, scanning and penetration testing
• Strong technical or security skills related to IT applications and infrastructure in the retail business
• Professionally certified (CISSP, CEH, CISM, CompTIA, CISA, CRISC etc)
• Experience within IT audit is an advantage
• Good stakeholder engagement and management skills

• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill
• Proactive, Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule
