Please note that the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders may elect to redeem more than 1 product upon 12 instalments and redeem both jewellery and gold products at the same time, however, the redemption value for redeeming the jewellery and gold products shall be calculated proportionately in accordance with the ratios applicable to the specific Chow Tai Fook Reserve category. The redemption value shall be the value as stated on the date of applying the Chow Tai Fook Reserve. For any enquiries in relation to the above redemption, please contact our staff at the time of redemption.
If any of the gifts mentioned above are out of stock, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited reserves the right to replace them with other items without any prior notice.
The use of all of the above coupons are subject to the terms provided in the coupons.
The value of pure gold products will be computed on the basis of the gold (sell) price at the date of redemption. Additional commission and labour charge will apply.
The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders whore-apply the Chow Tai Fook Reserve at the time of Redemption shall be entitled to “Special gift for re-applying Chow Tai Fook Reserve”.

Terms and conditions of Chow Tai Fook Reserve:

General Terms:

Our Company means Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited.
"Chow Tai Fook Reserve" is a membership benefit under the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme in Hong Kong and Macao.
"Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder" refers to the Chow Tai Fook member who has successfully applied the Chow Tai Fook Reserve.
"Chow Tai Fook Reserve pass" refers to the physical card held by the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder, as well as the electronic card displayed on the Chow Tai Fook Member Application.
"Redemption/ Redeem" refers to the redeeming of jewellery or pure gold products after the required instalment payments of Chow Tai Fook Reserve have been made.
"Redemption Value" refers to the amount available for Redemption after all required instalments of Chow Tai Fook Reserve have been paid and such amount shall be the value as stated on the date of applying the Chow Tai Fook Reserve.
"Chow Tai Fook Reserve Validity Period" refers to the period of ten years commencing from the date of applying the Chow Tai Fook Reserve, which shall expire on the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Expiration Date.
"Chow Tai Fook Reserve Expiration Date" refers to the last day of the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Validity Period, namely the last day of the Chow Tai Fook Reserve expiration month as shown on the physical or electronic Chow Tai Fook Reserve pass.
The Chow Tai Fook Reserve will be automatically terminated on the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Expiration Date. The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders must make Redemptions within the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Validity Period. If a Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder does not make any Redemptions on the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Expiration Date, it is deemed that such Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder has automatically waived all of the instalment payments of such the Chow Tai Fook Reserve and the rights of the Redemption, all instalment payments will be forfeited, and such Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder cannot withdraw any of its instalment payment.
Any individual aged 18 or above who hold Hong Kong or Macao identification document is eligible to apply for the Chow Tai Fook Reserve after registered as a CTF Club member in the Hong Kong and Macao region.
The Chow Tai Fook Reserve is not transferrable.
The physical Chow Tai Fook Reserve pass becomes invalid if it is in any way altered or seriously damaged.
In the event that the physical Chow Tai Fook Reserve passes are damaged or lost, the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders are requested to report the loss or damage to any branch immediately. Valid proofs of identity and payment receipts are required for the issuance of replacement cards.
If the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders fail to make full payment of the 12 instalments or terminate their Chow Tai Fook Reserve at an earlier date, the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders will only be entitled to redeem jewellery products at the value of the actual total payment amount during the course of the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Validity Period and an administration fee will be deducted for the instalment payments made.
Chow Tai Fook Reserve applies to all Chow Tai Fook retail branches in Hong Kong and Macao only (excluding Hong Kong International Airport Branch, Sogo, Causeway Bay Branch, Main Street, U.S.A., Hong Kong Disneyland Branch, Castle Of Magical Dreams, Hong Kong Disneyland Branch).
The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders can elect to re-apply another Chow Tai Fook Reserve after all instalments have been paid for their existing Chow Tai Fook Reserve. The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders who elect to re-apply another Chow Tai Fook Reserve at the time of Redemption shall be entitled to “Special Gifts for Members for re-applying Chow Tai Fook Reserve”. Please note that if Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders elect to re-apply Chow Tai Fook Reserve after Redemption, they shall not be entitled to “Special Gifts for re-applying Chow Tai Fook Reserve”. All descriptions of special discounts, gifts and/or coupons are for references only. The style and design of the gifts are subject to availability, the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders may not choose, exchange or object to any of the special discounts, gifts and/or coupons. Our Company shall have the sole discretion in relation to resolving disputes arising from the redemption of any of the special discounts, gifts and/or coupons. Our Company reserves the right to cancel any special discounts and/or cease any distribution of gifts and coupons.
Coupons are invalid and will not be re-issued if, in our Company's absolute sole discretion, they are defaced or damaged.

Terms for instalment payments:

The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders are required to make instalment payment on or before last calendar day of each month in person at any of the Chow Tai Fook branches in Hong Kong and Macao only (excluding Hong Kong International Airport Branch, Sogo, Causeway Bay Branch, Main Street, U.S.A., Hong Kong Disneyland Branch, Castle Of Magical Dreams, Hong Kong Disneyland Branch). Receipts of instalment payments will be issued by the relevant branch upon payment.
If the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders default in making payments for 3 months or more, the Chow Tai Fook Reserve will be deemed to be terminated and he/she is only entitled to redeem jewellery products at the value of the actual total payment of instalments during the course of the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Validity Period. An administration fee will be deducted. The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders must pay all instalments in full within 15 months in order to make Redemptions at the Redemption Value.
Only cash or EPS payments are accepted for instalment payments for Chow Tai Fook Reserve.
The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders must present their electronic or physical Chow Tai Fook Reserve passes when making instalment payments.
It is the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder's responsibility to check immediately the instalment amount paid during the instalment period and shall keep the receipts for record after making the instalment payments. Our Company is not responsible for any disputes thereafter.
No refund can be made after instalment payments have been made.

Terms for Redemption:

After 12 months of instalments have been fully paid, the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders must fulfil following requirements to redeem the Chow Tai Fook Reserve:
a) Visit any one of the selected Chow Tai Fook branches in Hong Kong and Macao (excluding Hong Kong International Airport Branch, U.S.A., Hong Kong Disneyland Branch, Castle Of Magical Dreams, Hong Kong Disneyland Branch) in person during the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Validity Period;
b) Present the following original documents:
i) Valid identification documents;
ii) Either the electronic or physical Chow Tai Fook Reserve pass;
c) Complete the mobile number verification.
The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders must use the Redemption Value in one transaction and the value of the jewellery products/ pure gold products which the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders intend to redeem must be greater than the value of the actual total payment of instalment, any remaining balance of the Redemption Value shall be forfeited and not be refunded. The Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders can redeem for one or more products. If the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders choose products with a value higher than the Redemption Value of their Chow Tai Fook Reserve, they shall pay the outstanding balance for the products after the deduction of the Redemption Value.
The redemption amount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to Chow Tai Fook membership shopping offers, coupons, and other joint promotions etc..
No Redemptions can be made during Mega-sale periods and/or CTF promotional periods.
Jewellery products: Only the “fixed price” range of jewellery products including Gem-set Jewellery, Karat Gold, PT950 Platinum, Fixed-price Gold, Silver products (except watches and discounted items) are available for Redemption.
Gold products: Only the pure gold products (except gold nugget, gold bars and fixed price pure gold products) calculated on the basis of the gold selling price at the time of Redemption (additional commission and labour charge will apply) are available for Redemption.
If the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders wish to sell their Redeemed jewellery items/ pure gold products, they will be subject to the “Chow Tai Fook's Guidelines for Buyback”.
If the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders wish to make Redemptions at an earlier date, the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders must pay all 12 instalments in full and such early Redemption can only be made after 6 months upon the application of such Chow Tai Fook Reserve.
If the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders have not paid all instalments but wish to make Redemptions during the course of the Chow Tai Fook Reserve Validity Period, the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders may only Redeem jewellery products at the value of the actual total payment. An administration fee will also be deducted.

Others:

1. The books and records kept by our Company shall constitute conclusive evidence of any facts or events relied upon by our Company in accordance with any payment made into the Chow Tai Fook Reserve, any Redemption and/ or any dealings in relation to the Chow Tai Fook Reserve by the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holders.
Our Company reserves the right to take the following measures at any time if necessary, whether with or without notice or provision of any reasons: (i) to exchange or replace all or part of the special discounts, gifts and/or coupons with items of similar value; and/or (ii) to amend or supplement these terms and conditions and/ or cancel, cease or terminate the Chow Tai Fook Reserve. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions as set out on the Company's website (www.chowtaifook.com) will prevail, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Our Company will collect, use, disclose or transfer the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Statement published on our website at (https://www.ctfjewellerygroup.com/en/PrivacyPolicy/).
In the event of death of a Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder, our Company reserves the right to request his/her beneficiary to provide wills and/or other relevant documents for verification purpose and the beneficiary shall comply with our Company's related procedure to complete the transfer authorization process.
By completing the Chow Tai Fook Reserve application process, each Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder represents, warrants and undertakes to our Company that: (i) the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder has provided, or will provide, as and when required by these terms and conditions, to our Company all information and details required by these terms and conditions and by our Company; (ii) all information and details provided by the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder to our Company is and will at all times, be correct, complete and current (unless an application is rejected, in which case the obligation to update the information and details shall cease); and (iii) the Chow Tai Fook Reserve holder has read, understood, will comply with, and has the power and authority and legal right to agree to, all of these terms and conditions.
In case of any dispute, our Company reserves the right of final decision.
In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
