Gift Card Terms and Conditions

This Gift Card is only applicable to the purchase of products at all Chow Tai Fook branches in Hong Kong (excluding Sogo Hong Kong Co. Ltd., Castle Of Magical Dreams, Hong Kong Disneyland Branch and Main Street, U.S.A., Hong Kong Disneyland Branch).

This Gift Card may not be used for purchase of gold nuggets and the Company’s Official Retailer’s watches.

Except for the restrictions specified herein, this Gift Card can be used to purchase products with values equivalent to or less than the face values of this Gift Card. This Gift Card can be used multiple times and you can use part of the value of this Gift Card each time and the unused balance will be retained in the card within the validity period of this Gift Card.

This value of this Gift Card cannot be recharged and this Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or be exchanged to Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards of other dominations. Under no circumstances will there be refund of any remaining unused balance in this Gift Card, regardless in whatever form, including without limitation, by cash, by Gift Vouchers or other Gift Cards.

This Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. This Gift Card will be invalid after the expiration date.
