Management Trainee Programme
Our management trainee program is designed to cultivate the future business leaders through a two-year rotational development program. Trainees gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, spanning from frontline roles to supporting functions. Through exposure to areas such as sales, client relations, inventory, and visual merchandising, trainees develop the skills to take up store or regional management roles upon program completion.

Internship Programme
In collaboration with different stakeholders, we offer six to eight-week internships aimed at nurturing young talents with an international perspective. Our internship program provides participants with the opportunity to immerse themselves in our culture and attract them to pursue careers in the jewellery industry.
