Terms and Conditions of CTF Club Birthday Coupon (the “Birthday Offer”) Redemption:

• The Birthday Offer is available to members once a year only.
• Members must hold a valid membership level on the first day of their birthday month to enjoy the corresponding level of Birthday Offer.
• CTF Club Birthday Coupon awarded from the Birthday Offer (the “Birthday Coupon”) will be directly sent to members along with the Birthday Offer SMS or email sent by Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited (“Chow Tai Fook”) to members and members do not need to apply for the Birthday Coupon themselves.
• Birthday Coupon for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Birthday Coupon for Basic tier is valid for 31 days from the date of issuance. Birthday Coupon may not be used with other offers, coupons, or discounts.
• Birthday Coupon is only applicable to purchases of original priced products (not applicable for pure gold products and watches) at Chow Tai Fook retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau (excluding Chow Tai Fook eShop, Hong Kong Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland Castle store). Members must show the Birthday Coupon code to the store staff before payment to enjoy the cash discounts.
• Birthday Coupon can only be used to purchase a single item with a price not lower than the face value of the coupon.
• Birthday Offers of all member tiers are non-transferable and are available to members only.
• Birthday Offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or exchanged for any other products and services.
• Chow Tai Fook reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or to early terminate the Birthday Offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Chow Tai Fook shall be final.
• In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to redeeming the Birthday Coupon and other related matters, Chow Tai Fook reserves the right to make the final decision.
