Membership Notes

1. How to Join: You can register as a CTF "Friends" member through complimentary registration on our official website, the CTF Club mobile app or in person at any Chow Tai Fook store in Hong Kong or Macao (excluding Main Street, U.S.A., Hong Kong Disneyland Branch and Castle Of Magical Dreams, Hong Kong Disneyland Branch).
2. Membership Validity: Each membership tier is granted for a one-year cycle, commencing on the tier’s attainment date and concluding on the last day of the corresponding month in the following year.
3. Qualified Spending: Excludes repair and maintenance services; the trade-in portion of gold exchange transactions; the returned goods portion of product exchanges; amounts offset by gift vouchers or coupons; Gold Pellets; investment gold; corporate gifts, customised orders, and customised gift mould orders; and such other products as Chow Tai Fook may determine at its sole and absolute discretion.
4. Tier Amendment Rules:
   1. Upgrades: During the membership period, your tier will be upgraded automatically if your cumulative eligible spending reaches the next tier threshold. The new tier’s validity period will be recalculated from its upgrade date, and any spending accumulated toward the upgrade threshold will continue to be counted. Any spending accumulated toward your membership renewal threshold will be recalculated from zero.
   2. Renewal: During the membership period, your membership will be renewed automatically for one year if your cumulative eligible spending reaches your current tier’s renewal threshold. Your new membership’s validity period and cumulative spending amount will be recalculated from the effective start date of this membership.
   3. Downgrades: If the renewal or upgrade threshold has not been reached at the end of your membership period, your membership will be adjusted to the appropriate tier level. Your new membership’s validity period and cumulative spending amount will be recalculated from the effective start date of this membership.
5. Black Membership: CTF Club Black membership is an invitation-only tier. Chow Tai Fook reserves the right to grant, renew or terminate Black membership status at any time.
6. Benefit Accrual: To ensure every purchase contributes to your CTF Club journey, please present your physical or digital membership card prior to each transaction at Chow Tai Fook.
7. Global Membership: From 2 September 2026, members can apply for Global CTF Club Membership via the CTF Club app, enabling the consolidation of eligible spending across multiple regions. Learn More
8. Governing Terms: For details, please refer to the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme Terms and Conditions. The membership programme is subject to the final interpretation of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited. In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
