ICC is the tech product development and transformation engine to empower growth and innovations in our end-to-end jewellery ecosystem.
Enhancing customer experience: ICC designs and steers implementation of digital clientele apps across our store network. We empower our sales teams with digital tools and data insights to craft personalized connections with customers.
Launching an immersive retail journey: We deliver a digital retail journey across touchpoints from websites, apps, to in-store digital experiences, fostering engaging connections to serve customers before and after store visits and online.
Empowering the Group’s development with best-in-class enterprise system: We continue to upgrade our IT infrastructure and corporate systems to ensure smooth operations across regions and elevate our management capabilities as one team.

E-Commerce is the driving force behind Chow Tai Fook Jewellery‘s omni-channel business strategy. Beyond exponential growth in online sales and traffic during key campaigns such as Double 11, E-Commerce benefits our retail stores with O2O campaigns and digital marketing initiatives, offering more dynamic shopping experience to customers. With proven success in live-streaming and IP collaboration in recent years, E-Commerce also maximises brand exposure across channels in attracting and inspiring new gen jewellery customers.
