- pre-order, made-to-order, or engraved items;
- promotion price, discounted items, or eOUTLET items;
- MONOLOGUE, SOINLOVE items;
- Gold Pellet, Watches items.
Furthermore, we shall confirm the item is in “good condition”:
- in its original purchase condition;
- no vandalism or alteration to the returning item;
- the presence of the corresponding sales receipt and package;
- pack the item with its original packing materials, enclosed with the sales receipt and other accessories (e.g. certificate, free gifts, coupons, redemption items).
*Postage fee for returning the item to the company by mail shall be borne by the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
