Hong Kong Local Delivery Service

The website delivers the product straight to the delivery address provided in the order form through our designated courier, except:

Orders more than HKD$10,000 ( please choose in-store collection)
Orders for Gold Pellet and Watches
Restricted areas, hotels, and mailboxes
Locker pick-up service

Hong Kong and Macau In-store Collection

Order form>"Self-Collection at Store"> choose branch
Receive "Notice of Collection" by email and sms
Bring along the "Notice of Collection" and collect in person
present proof of identity and credit card or debit card used for payment for verification

To protect your rights, if you select self-collection and require someone else to pick it up for you, the authorised representative shall prepare the following documents upon collection:

Authorisation letter (Click here to download)
Present Order Pick-up Notice
Present a photocopy of payer identification document;
Present an original copy of authorized person identification document;
Present order payment transcation record
Eg: Online banking transaction records, transaction records in payment accounts, or SMS transaction records
(Including company name and transaction amount)

If any one of the necessary documents abovementioned is not presented, we are entitled to reject the collection of the authorised representative of the recipient.

Notes:

The fee is per order, with a maximum of 4 items.
Goods will be dispatched in 7-10 business days after we receive your order.
The items of each order will be insured (subject to the terms of the insurance policy) until they are delivered to the designated delivery address.
The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of FedEx, our designated courier.

2. Product Limitation

Some of our products cannot be delivered overseas. Such products include but are not limited to:

Disney Collections, MARVEL Collection, and Star Wars Collection;
Chibi Maruko Chan Collection, Doraemon Collection, Crayon Shinchan Collection, LINE FRIENDS Collection.

Please note that before ordering, you are responsible to ensure the goods can be lawfully and legally imported to the destination country/region.

3. Taxes and Duties

The Prices are exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. You are responsible for the payment of any and all Taxes payable on the purchase, import, and customs clearance of the Goods when the Goods arrive at your destination country/region. You are advised to contact your local customs authority for details and procedures for the payment of such Taxes.
