These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with any other terms and conditions set out in the Programme website: https://www.chowtaifook.com/sg/house-of-ctf/News/en-ctfclub-update (“Website”) and the terms and conditions as stated in other documents and the Privacy Policy as provided by Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively “Chow Tai Fook”) from time to time (together, including these terms and conditions, the “Terms”).

1.1 The Programme is offered and managed by Chow Tai Fook.
1.2 The Programme offers different membership tiers, including Friend, Red, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond memberships.
1.3 Without limiting Chow Tai Fook’s rights under the Terms, in particular its rights of suspension and termination, Members must comply with all of the Terms in order to maintain their memberships and enjoy the benefits and privileges granted to Members.
1.4 Chow Tai Fook reserves the right to amend, supplement or otherwise revise the Terms at any time without any prior notice to Members. Members’ continued engagement or participation in the Programme following the publication of any changes on our Website
shall constitute acceptance of such changes. If a Member does not wish to accept a change to these Terms, the Member must notify us immediately to terminate their membership. Use of the Website is further subject to the legal and privacy terms found on the website of Chow Tai Fook.
1.5 Membership is not transferable and may only be used by the named Member. Misuse of membership or Programme benefits and privileges may result in the suspension or termination of membership or the withdrawal or forfeiture of benefits and privileges (including accrued benefits and rewards).

1.8 In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to the Programme or individual membership, Chow Tai Fook reserves the right to make sole and final decisions.
2.1 Any individual aged 18 or above may register as a Friend Member. Upon successful registration as a Friend Member, the Member may begin to accumulate spending (“Qualifying Spending”) for the calculation of membership tier. If the accumulated Qualifying Spending meets the requirements for the Red, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond membership tiers, the relevant membership tier will be upgraded accordingly.
2.2 Membership in the Programme is for individual, natural persons only. Joint or duplicate applications, or applications made by or on behalf of any companies, corporations, partnerships, businesses, legal entities or other organisations will not be accepted.
2.3 Members can enroll in both the Programme and the Chow Tai Fook membership programme in other regions. However, before the accounts in different regions are merged, each programme and membership is separate and independent, and the accumulated Qualifying Spending and membership tiers shall be calculated independently. If the Member opts to merge the accounts in different regions, the Qualifying Spending and membership tiers may then be accumulated and shared across regions for membership upgrade or maintenance purposes. However, the Points (as defined below) earned in the membership account in each region shall be calculated and used separately and without consideration of the other regions even after the merging of the accounts in different regions.
2.4 Applicants can apply for membership from the following two channels. 3.1 A Member’s Qualifying Spending is accumulated within the membership period applicable to the Member’s membership tier (“Membership Period”). Other than Friend membership, the Membership Period for the Red, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond membership tier is valid for 12 months from the date of Chow Tai Fook’s approval of an application or membership upgrade as the case may be (based on Chow Tai Fook’s records). The Membership Period for Friend membership continues until the Friend membership is terminated or upgraded.
3.2 Qualifying Spending:
i) must be made in a Chow Tai Fook Store and/ or through the e-Shop Website and cannot be made through any other channels;
ii) excludes watches, gift vouchers, pure gold nuggets, corporate gift orders and deposits (and any other item determined by Chow Tai Fook from time to time in its sole discretion);
iii) to be accumulated, requires provision of a valid membership number at the time of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, any spending which is not claimed at the time of purchase or spending where the membership number is submitted upon completion of purchase cannot be credited to the membership account as Qualifying Spending; and
iv) shall be debited and deducted from the Member’s Qualifying Spending balance for any void or buy-in transactions.
3.3 All Qualifying Spending is non-transferable and accumulated Qualifying Spending amongst different membership accounts cannot be combined.
3.4 At the end of each Membership Period, or after any downgrade of a membership tier, the Member’s Qualifying Spending balance will be reset to zero.
3.5 Members will be immediately upgraded to a new membership tier on accumulation of the required Qualifying Spending for the relevant membership tier.
3.6 Once a membership is upgraded or downgraded, the effective new membership period will be valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade or downgrade, whichever is applicable (except for Friend Members who enjoy an unlimited Friend membership period).
3.7 Apart from Friend Members, membership will automatically be renewed for 12 months for all Members who have accumulated the relevant Qualifying Spending required for that membership tier within the relevant Membership Period. Otherwise, the membership will be downgraded for one membership tier. For the avoidance of doubt, a Gold Member who is downgraded will be downgraded to a Silver Member.
4.1 Members must provide their valid membership numbers to earn or use Points.
4.2 Points are calculated based on the independent Qualifying Spending of each product purchased and invoices cannot be combined and if the Qualifying Spending has decimal places, it shall be rounded down to the nearest integer. Except as specifically otherwise by Chow Tai Fook, Points awarded from eligible regular transactions are valid for 12 months from the date of distribution whereas Points awarded pursuant to specific sales promotions or events may be subject to a different validity period, which may be shorter or longer as specified in the applicable promotion or event terms and conditions.

4.7 The calculation of refund amounts in respect of void transactions (e.g. transactions cancelled on the same day of purchase) and buy-in transactions (e.g. returns of merchandise) shall be net of the amount of any Points used in the original purchase transaction. Points earned from void transactions and buy-in transactions will be deducted from the Account. If the Account balance of the Points is insufficient for such deduction, the shortfall will be settled by the payments to be refunded accordingly.
4.8 The calculation of cash amounts required to top up in the event of any exchange purchase transaction (e.g. the exchange of a purchased item for another item of higher value) shall include the additional amount of any Points originally used and/or rewarded. For the avoidance of doubt, exchange transactions shall require the Member to top up in cash the following two amounts:
i) the difference in price between the item of higher value and the exchanged item's current market value; and
ii) the amount of the Points originally used and/or rewarded (if there are insufficient Points to return in the event of any exchange transactions).
