Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme Update

Dear Valued Member,

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your membership experience, we will be adjusting the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme (“CTF Club” or “Membership Programme”) in Singapore, with effect from 13 July 2026. Please see the key changes below.

1. Updated Membership Requirements

1.1 New Membership Tiers & Validity

The enhanced CTF Club will comprise of six tiers, with membership of each valid for 12 months. Tier details and their required qualifying spends are as follows:

1.2 Transition Arrangement for Existing Membership

On 13 July 2026, your current membership tier will be reassessed based on the following criteria:

Your cumulative qualifying spend over the past 24 months meets or exceeds the new programme’s upgrade threshold for your existing tier.
For example: If a customer has accumulated a qualifying spend of S$20,000 over the past 24 months with an existing Gold membership that is valid until 31 December 2027, the customer will be automatically upgraded to Platinum membership from 13 July 2026, with the membership validity extended accordingly, to 31 December 2028.

If your accumulated eligible spending in the past 24 months does not meet the new programme’s upgrade threshold for your current tier, your membership will be assessed based on your existing tier as of 12 July 2026.
For example: If a customer’s spending record over the past 24 months is below S$4,000 and the customer holds a valid Gold membership until 31 December 2027, the customer will retain Gold membership upon the launch of the new programme and will not be downgraded. The membership validity will also be extended to 31 December 2028.

Extended Membership Validity: Based on the validity period of your existing membership, your new membership tier will be automatically extended by 12 months.

2. Point Rules Updates

2.1 Point Earning Rules

The applicable point earning rules and rates are as follows:

Please note: Points are calculated based on the actual amount paid, excluding purchases of gold beans (investment gold), corporate gift orders, deposits, and gold trade-in or exchange transactions. The scope and rules for point earnings are subject to the latest Membership Programme Terms & Conditions, effective from 13 July 2026.

2.2 Point Redemption Rules

The point earning rate remains unchanged at S$1 = 1 CTF Point. E-voucher redemption amounts will be updated as follows:

Please note: E-vouchers are subject to the relevant terms and conditions. The scope and rules for point usage are subject to the latest Membership Programme Terms & Conditions, effective from 13 July 2026.

2.3 Points Validity Period

With effect from 13 July 2026, newly earned points are valid for 12 months from their earning date and will automatically expire after this period.

2.4 Transition of Existing Points

All existing points in your account as of 13 July 2026 will be retained, with their original expiry dates unchanged.

3. Member Privileges

As part of the new enhanced CTF Club, members will enjoy updated birthday benefits according to their membership tier. Please refer to the details below:

4. Next Steps and Key Dates

With immediate effect: Full details of the new membership programme are available for your reference.

13 July 2026: The new programme officially takes effect and your membership tier will be automatically transitioned.

After launch: Please log in to the Chow Tai Fook official website and visit the Member Centre page to view your new tier and full membership privileges.
