5-day Return Guarantee

In the hope that customers can shop in a carefree manner, we offer a 5-day return guarantee but does not apply to:

  • pre-order, made-to-order, or engraved items;
  • promotion price, discounted items, or eOUTLET items;
  • MONOLOGUE, SOINLOVE items;
  • Gold Pellet, Watches items.

Furthermore, we shall confirm the item is in “good condition”:

  • in its original purchase condition;
  • no vandalism or alteration to the returning item;
  • the presence of the corresponding sales receipt and package;
  • pack the item with its original packing materials, enclosed with the sales receipt and other accessories (e.g. certificate, free gifts, coupons, redemption items).

*Postage fee for returning the item to the company by mail shall be borne by the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Procedure
  • Request by WhatsApp: (852) 3018 8001 within 5 calendar days upon the receipt of the item
  • State the order number, receipt number, item number, and reason for returning
  • Retain sales receipt, packing box, and all the accessories in the packing box
 
In order to protect our customers, we suggest following the procedures below to return items only after receiving our confirmation:
  • Take a photo of the item to be returned for the record
  • Pack the item with the original packing materials, enclosed with the sales receipt and other accessories (e.g. certificate, free gifts, coupons, redemption items)
  • Return the item to the designated address of CTFeShop within 14 days (either by mail or speed post)
  • The company will send an email or message to confirm the item is received
  • Bank will return the payment* (excluding delivery charges) within 20 working days to the relevant credit card account
Points to Note of Returning
  1. Chow Tai Fook e-Shop 20/F, World Peace Centre, 41 - 55 Wo Tong Tsui Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong(Business hours: Mondays to Fridays - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays - closed)
  2. Take out insurance for the item you purchased – customers shall be liable for the delivery of the item before it is delivered to the company. The company shall take no responsibility for the loss or damage of the returned item when it is in transit.
  3. An administration fee may be incurred to the credit card account due to the refund. Customers shall be liable for all the costs, expenditures, and risks (including delivery costs and administration fees) resulting from the return
  4.  If K Dollar has been successfully rewarded, the relevant amount will be deducted from the order payment (K Dollar is non-refundable)
  5. The right of return shall only be claimed once every 6 months for each delivery address.
