Are the items available online and in stores the same?

Items sold online may be online exclusive. Take this opportunity and order online at once.

Why do the unit prices differ for the same design?

Prices may vary for the same design because of different production dates and thus the cost of materials. Moreover, prices are subject to the shape of the diamond and its 4Cs (Colour, Clarity, Cut, and Carat).

If I could not find any desired item online, could you help me search or make recommendations?

We are pleased to help our customer to look for relative items. Please contact our online customer service officers via eshop.support.sg@chowtaifook.com. To provide a prompt response, please state the specifics of your preferred items, including but not limited to:

Is customer-supplied order available?

Currently, the website does not support customer-supplied orders.

Chow Tai Fook e-Shop only supports online orders at the moment. Email and telephone are contacts of our customer service officers.

How can I choose a suitable ring size?

Is delivery free for Chow Tai Fook e-shop orders?

There is no extra charge (freight charge or service charge etc.) for Singapore local delivery and in-store collection service.

Can the recipient address or the pick-up branch be changed once the order has been confirmed?

If the information on the collection has to be amended, please contact the customer service officer of the website as soon as possible for our re-arrangement. (If packaging and delivery are in process, any amendment will not be available.)

Can I select and send the item directly as a gift to the recipient?

If you hope to send the item directly to the recipient as a gift, select "Delivery Service" when filling in an order. Provide the name, address, and contact no. of the recipient. You may also select our free gift message card to express your best wishes. We will delicately wrap your gift and deliver it to the recipient together with the message card once you have confirmed the order and settled the payment. You will also receive a "Delivery Note" as well so as to remind the gift recipient to make delivery arrangements.

How long will my order be kept in store?

Your order will be kept for 30 working days after it arrived the store.

How do I trace my order and its delivery status?

You can login to your member account and check the order and delivery status in "My Orders".

Why do I fail to complete the transaction even after filling in the credit card information?

Online transaction services for some credit cards may require activation. Please contact the concerned card centre.

Can I choose cash on delivery?

Chow Tai Fook e-Shop does not accept cash on delivery at the moment. All items shall be delivered after payments have been settled.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please feel free to contact us through email at: eshop.support.sg@chowtaifook.com.

If I fail to get the confirmation email after I have successfully confirmed the order, what can I do?

Can I request a refund or an exchange if I am not satisfied with the item purchased at Chow Tai Fook e-Shop?

All items purchased at the Chow Tai Fook e-Shop cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How to register as a member of the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme?

Any person aged 18 or above who makes a single-transaction purchase at or above the amount specified (Initial Purchases)* at any Chow Tai Fook store** in Singapore may apply to become a Basic Member.

To apply for membership, an applicant needs to access the “Members’ Zone” page of the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme website. The applicant needs to register her/his mobile phone number in order to set up an account. Each person can only apply for one account and each valid mobile phone number can only be registered once.

*The amount (Initial Purchases) is specified by Chow Tai Fook from time to time. Purchases of pure gold products, gift vouchers, pure gold nuggets, loose stones, watches, corporate gift orders or deposits are not included in the calculation of the amount.
**Chow Tai Fook store is defined as the store owned by Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates in Singapore.

How to reset the password for my account?

If the account has been verified, please select "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the steps to change the password.

If your account has not been verified, please contact us via eshop.support.sg@chowtaifook.com for support.

Why is my account invalid?

The website will remove accounts with an invalid email address. Please ensure your email address is valid. If you have any questions, please contact us via eshop.support.sg@chowtaifook.com.

How to log in?

Click "Login" at the top of the homepage, enter your email address or phone number, and then enter your password to log in to your account immediately. Log out any time by clicking "Log out" at the top of the home page.

How to become a “Verified Member” using my mobile phone number?

1.Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook website.
2.When an unverified member logs in, a pop-up appears to ask for verification. Click “Verify Your Identity”.
3.Enter your mobile phone number and click “Send Verification Code”.
4.A 6-digit verification code is sent to your mobile phone number via an SMS.
5.The code is valid for only 5 minutes. Click “Resend” if it is expired.
6.Enter the verification code. Click “Submit”.
7.Once successfully verified, your mobile phone number is bound with the account and it cannot be changed.
 

How to become a “Verified Member” using my email?

7. Once successfully verified, your email is bound with the account. If you want to update your email, please go to the My Profile page.

What to do if I have forgotten my password?

Members can now reset their passwords for the website by obtaining a "verification code."
1. On the login page, click on "Forgot password?"
2. Enter your verified mobile phone number or email address, and click on "Send verification code."
3. The system will send a verification code to the registered mobile phone number or email address of the member. The verification code sent via SMS is valid for 5 minutes, and the verification code sent via email is valid for 15 minutes.
4. After entering the verification code, the member will be guided to the password reset page.
5. Enter the new password twice for confirmation and click on "Submit."


*If the phone number and email address are not verified, members need to contact us via eshop.support.sg@chowtaifook.com to request assistance in resetting the password.

How to change my password?

Members are required to inform Chow Tai Fook of any change in personal particulars as soon as reasonably practicable, but always in accordance with the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme Terms and Conditions. You can update/change your personal information by visiting any Chow Tai Fook store* in person and letting our staff know.

You need to provide your mobile phone number and email address for verification. Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates shall bear no responsibility for the loss caused by the failure of update due to insufficient information verification
*Chow Tai Fook store is defined as the store owned by Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates in Singapore.
