Singapore Local Delivery Service

The website delivers the product straight to the delivery address provided in the order form through our designated courier, except:

Restricted areas, hotels, and mailboxes
Locker pick-up service

Singapore In-Store Collection

Order form>"Self-Collection at Store"> choose branch
Receive "Notice of Collection" by email and sms
Bring along the "Notice of Collection" and collect in person
present proof of identity and credit card or debit card used for payment for verification

To protect your rights, if you select self-collection and require someone else to pick it up for you, the authorised representative shall prepare the following documents upon collection:

Authorisation letter (Click here to download)
Present Order Pick-up Notice
Present a photocopy of payer identification document
Present an original copy of authorized person identification document
Present order payment transcation record
Eg: Online banking transaction records, transaction records in payment accounts, or SMS transaction records (Including company name and transaction amount)

If any one of the necessary documents abovementioned is not presented, we are entitled to reject the collection of the authorised representative of the recipient.

Please note: Not all stores provide self-collection service.
