Is delivery free for Chow Tai Fook e-shop orders?

There is no extra charge (freight charge or service charge etc.) for Hong Kong local delivery and in-store collection service. For overseas delivery, you are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges. Please refer to Overseas Delivery for more details.

Can the recipient address or the pick-up branch be changed once the order has been confirmed?

If the information on the collection has to be amended, please contact the customer service officer of the website as soon as possible for our re-arrangement. (If packaging and delivery are in process, any amendment will not be available.)

Can I select and send the item directly as a gift to the recipient?

If you hope to send the item directly to the recipient as a gift, select "Delivery Service" when filling in an order. Provide the name, address, and contact no. of the recipient. You may also select our free gift message card to express your best wishes. We will delicately wrap your gift and deliver it to the recipient together with the message card once you have confirmed the order and settled the payment. You will also receive a "Delivery Note" as well so as to remind the gift recipient to make delivery arrangements.

How long will my order be kept in store?

Your order will be kept for 30 working days after it arrived the store.

How do I trace my order and its delivery status?

Why do I fail to complete the transaction even after filling in the credit card information?

Can I send the item by mail for alteration or repair?

The website does not provide such services at the moment. Alteration and repair may involve the replacement of jewellery findings and other complicated procedures. In addition, some items may be different from their original appearance after alteration. It is necessary to have experienced craftsmen carry out professional inspections beforehand. Please bring along the item and its sales receipt to one of the Chow Tai Fook branches for enquiries.

How to register as a member of the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme?

Any person aged 18 or above who makes a single-transaction purchase at or above the amount specified (Initial Purchases)* at any Chow Tai Fook store** in Hong Kong or Macau may apply to become a Basic Member.

To apply for membership, an applicant needs to access the “Members’ Zone” page of the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme website from one of the following 4 channels. The applicant needs to register her/his mobile phone number in order to set up an account. Each person can only apply for one account and each valid mobile phone number can only be registered once.

What is “Reward Bonus Points” ?

“Reward Bonus Points“ is a programme launched in 2021 with an aim of expressing our greatest gratitude to our members. Members can use the Reward Bonus Points when purchasing designated products*. Each Reward Bonus Point is worth HK$0.02, which means that 50 Reward Bonus Points equals HK$1 in redemption value.

* Reward Bonus Points cannot be used in any manner or form for the purchases of pure gold products, gift vouchers, pure gold nuggets, loose stones, watches, corporate gift orders or deposits (and any other item determined by Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates from time to time in its sole discretion).
 

How to earn Reward Bonus Points?

Reward Bonus Points can be earned through purchasing designated products at any Chow Tai Fook store* in Hong Kong or Macau. Details are as follows:
1.Members must present their valid membership card before payment.
2.Reward Bonus Points are calculated based on the independent net spending amount of each product purchased. Invoices cannot be combined. If the net spending amount has decimal places, it shall be rounded down to the nearest integer.
3.Purchases of pure gold products, gift vouchers, pure gold nuggets, loose stones, watches, corporate gift orders or deposits (and any other item determined by Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates from time to time in its sole discretion) are not included in the calculation of Reward Bonus Points.
4.Reward Bonus Points are valid subject to the expiry date shown on the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application.
5.The calculation of refund amounts in respect of void transactions (e.g. transactions cancelled on the same day of purchase) and buy-in transactions (e.g. returns of merchandise) shall be net of the amount of any Reward Bonus Point used in the original purchase transaction. The Reward Bonus Points earned from the void transactions and the buy-in transactions will be deducted from the account. If the Reward Bonus Points balance is not sufficient to be deducted, deficit will be set off against the amount to be refunded.
6.The calculation of cash amounts required to top up in the event of any exchange purchase transaction (e.g. the exchange of a purchased item for another item of higher value) shall include the additional amount of any Reward Bonus Points originally used and/or rewarded. For the avoidance of doubt, exchange transactions shall require the member to top up in cash the following two amounts: (1) the difference in price between the item of higher value and the exchanged item's current market value; and (2) the number of the Reward Bonus Points originally used and/or rewarded (if the Reward Bonus Points balance is not sufficient to be deducted in the event of any exchange transactions).

1.Reward Bonus Points must be presented at the time prior to payment of purchase and cannot be used for a purchase after payment for that purchase has been made.
2.The minimum number of Reward Bonus Points that can be used in each transaction is 50 Points, which equals HK$1.
3.Reward Bonus Points cannot be used in any manner or form in conjunction with any other discount, coupon, and promotional offer or during sales periods.
4.Reward Bonus Points cannot be used in any manner or form for the purchases of pure gold products, gift vouchers, pure gold nuggets, loose stones, watches, corporate gift orders or deposits (and any other item determined by Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates from time to time in its sole discretion).
5.The use of the Reward Bonus Points is subject to all applicable Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme Terms and Conditions, including any terms and conditions relating to void, buy-in or exchange transactions.

How to become a “Verified Member” using my mobile phone number?

1.Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website.
2.When an unverified member logs in, a pop-up appears to ask for verification. Click “Verify Your Identity”.
3.Enter your mobile phone number and click “Send Verification Code”.
4.A 6-digit verification code is sent to your mobile phone number via an SMS.
5.The code is valid for only 5 minutes. Click “Resend” if it is expired.
6.Enter the verification code. Click “Submit”.
7.Once successfully verified, your mobile phone number is bound with the account and it cannot be changed.
 

How to become a “Verified Member” using my email?

What are the privileges of a “Verified Member”?

A “Verified Member” can use “Point Transfer” and “Forget Password” functions, and can also use up all Reward Bonus Points in the account.

How to transfer Reward Bonus Points to others?

Members can apply “Point Transfer” to transfer Reward Bonus Points to other members through the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website. The “Point Transfer” is subject to the approval of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates. Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates reserve the right to refuse any “Point Transfer” application without giving any reason. Upon confirmation of the application, no amendment or cancellation will be accepted. If you have not applied “Point Transfer” but received an email regarding it, please immediately contact the Chow Tai Fook Club at +852 21383399.

Procedures of “Point Transfer” are as follows:
1.Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website.
2.Go to “Profile” Page. Scroll down the page and click “Point Transfer”.
3.Enter the membership number of the receiver and click "Next".
4.Verify the receiver’s information and input the number of Reward Bonus Points you want to transfer. Click “Next”.
5.Check if all information including the receiver’s name, membership number and number of Reward Bonus Points to be transferred are correct. Enter the verification code, then click “Next”.
6.Once the transfer is successful, a confirmation is sent to your mobile phone number via an SMS.

2.Go to “Profile” page and click ”View Points Detail” under the Reward Bonus Points balance.
3.The expiry dates of all your Reward Bonus Points are listed in descending order.

How long does it take to reflect my newly earned Reward Bonus Points in my account?

The newly earned Reward Bonus Points will be reflected within the day of the purchase.

What to do if I have forgotten my password?

Members can now reset their passwords for the "Chow Tai Fook Membership Program" mobile app or website by obtaining a "verification code."
1. On the login page, click on "Forgot password?"
2. Enter your verified mobile phone number or email address, and click on "Send verification code."
3. The system will send a verification code to the registered mobile phone number or email address of the member. The verification code sent via SMS is valid for 5 minutes, and the verification code sent via email is valid for 15 minutes.
4. After entering the verification code, the member will be guided to the password reset page.
5. Enter the new password twice for confirmation and click on "Submit."

How to update/change my personal information?

Members are required to inform the Chow Tai Fook Club of any change in personal particulars as soon as reasonably practicable, but always in accordance with the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme Terms and Conditions. You can update/change your personal information by visiting any Chow Tai Fook store* in person and letting our staff know. You can also fill out a designated application form to be downloaded on the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme website, submit it to any Chow Tai Fook store* or send it to ctfclub@chowtaifook.com.

You need to provide your mobile phone number and email address for verification. Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates shall bear no responsibility for the loss caused by the failure of update due to insufficient information verification

How to become a “Verified Member” using my mobile phone number?

1.Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website.
2.When an unverified member logs in, a pop-up appears to ask for verification. Click “Verify Your Identity”.
3.Enter your mobile phone number and click “Send Verification Code”.
4.A 6-digit verification code is sent to your mobile phone number via an SMS.
5.The code is valid for only 5 minutes. Click “Resend” if it is expired.
6.Enter the verification code. Click “Submit”.
7.Once successfully verified, your mobile phone number is bound with the account and it cannot be changed.

How to become a “Verified Member” using my email?

1. Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website.

3. Enter your registered email and click “Send Verification Code”.
4. A 6-digit verification code is sent to your mailbox via email.

7. Once successfully verified, your email is bound with the account. If you want to update your email, please go to the My Profile page.

What are the privileges of a “Verified Member”?

A “Verified Member” can use “Point Transfer” and “Forget Password” functions, and can also use up all Reward Bonus Points in the account.

How to transfer Reward Bonus Points to others?

Members can apply “Point Transfer” to transfer Reward Bonus Points to other members through the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website. The “Point Transfer” is subject to the approval of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates. Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates reserve the right to refuse any “Point Transfer” application without giving any reason. Upon confirmation of the application, no amendment or cancellation will be accepted. If you have not applied “Point Transfer” but received an email regarding it, please immediately contact the Chow Tai Fook Club at +852 21383399.

Procedures of “Point Transfer” are as follows:
1.Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website.
2.Go to “Profile” Page. Scroll down the page and click “Point Transfer”.
3.Enter the membership number of the receiver and click "Next".
4.Verify the receiver’s information and input the number of Reward Bonus Points you want to transfer. Click “Next”.
5.Check if all information including the receiver’s name, membership number and number of Reward Bonus Points to be transferred are correct. Enter the verification code, then click “Next”.
6.Once the transfer is successful, a confirmation is sent to your mobile phone number via an SMS.

How to check the expiry date of my membership?

1.Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website.
2.Go to “Profile” page. The expiry date of your membership is shown on the membership card, under your membership number.

How to check the expiry date of my Reward Bonus Points?

1.Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website.
2.Go to “Profile” page and click ”View Points Detail” under the Reward Bonus Points balance.
3.The expiry dates of all your Reward Bonus Points are listed in descending order.

How long does it take to reflect my newly earned Reward Bonus Points in my account?

The newly earned Reward Bonus Points will be reflected within the day of the purchase.

What to do if I have forgotten my password?

Members can now reset their passwords for the "Chow Tai Fook Membership Program" mobile app or website by obtaining a "verification code."
1. On the login page, click on "Forgot password?"
2. Enter your verified mobile phone number or email address, and click on "Send verification code."
3. The system will send a verification code to the registered mobile phone number or email address of the member. The verification code sent via SMS is valid for 5 minutes, and the verification code sent via email is valid for 15 minutes.
4. After entering the verification code, the member will be guided to the password reset page.
5. Enter the new password twice for confirmation and click on "Submit."


*If the phone number and email address are not verified, members need to contact the Chow Tai Fook Membership hotline at +852 21383399 to request assistance in resetting the password.

How to change my password?

1.Log into your account via the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme mobile application or website.
2.Go to “Profile” page and click “Edit My Profile”.
3.Click “Change Password” under your membership number on “Edit My Profile” page.
4.Enter your current and new password. Enter the new password again for confirmation. Then click “Submit”.

How to update/change my personal information?

Members are required to inform the Chow Tai Fook Club of any change in personal particulars as soon as reasonably practicable, but always in accordance with the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme Terms and Conditions. You can update/change your personal information by visiting any Chow Tai Fook store* in person and letting our staff know. You can also fill out a designated application form to be downloaded on the Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme website, submit it to any Chow Tai Fook store* or send it to ctfclub@chowtaifook.com.

You need to provide your mobile phone number and email address for verification. Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates shall bear no responsibility for the loss caused by the failure of update due to insufficient information verification
